Granelli’s Pizzeria

The owner of Granelli’s needed a menu update badly but her previous designer was unavailable. Unfortunately, since he was not available, neither were any of the fonts that had been originally used as he had not provided the file package to her when he created her menu.

I gave the client two options: I could select similar fonts to what had already been used to try match what currently existed, or I could completely redo all the text so everything matched and would be editable moving forward.

She chose the latter so I got to work!

I found fonts that were similar and set to work laying out the menu to ensure that each menu item fit and was legible. Along the way, she added a few more entrees and appetizers, so I had to get a bit creative in order to fit everything she wanted to add as I did not have the source background image to work with.

In the end, the menu came out splendidly and she was incredibly happy with her results! I’m so glad I got to work on this project.
